No boss in relationship

Relationship should not consist of a dictator and a subject, it should be mutual.
I'm not a feminist but I advocate for equality or equal rights in relationships. Nobody should lord over nobody. Submission should not be by force, it should a voluntary act.
Talking about submission, the both parties should be submissive to one another. When one is high, the other party should be low.
Decisions should be taken altogether. For me, it's not appropriate for one party to have the final say because of gender or financial or age positions.
Cherish, appreciate and respect your partner because he or she is a human like you and he or she loves you and wants the best for you.
